(New Haven Museum, September 2017)
The exhibition examinations why and where locals get tattoos, and how the industry, public policy and aesthetics surrounding the art of tattooing have evolved over time. It is organized by guest curator Elinor Slomba, of Verge Arts Group, and includes work by photojournalist Corey Hudson.

For this show we contracted a local tattoo artist, Tracey Rose of Lucky Soul Tattoo, to hand-draw the exhibit logo. I then integrated it into an overall identity that included an interactive 7 foot vinyl tree. The community was encouraged to add “leaves” to the tree of tattoo artists and shops.
