(New Haven Museum, January 2017)
“Capitol America” includes large-format black and white photographs of the nation’s capitol buildings. A project by New Haven, CT professional photographers Robert Lisak and David Ottenstein. The exhibition explores the history and nature of the continually evolving American experience through the architecture, artifacts and furnishings within and without the halls of governance.

Not to detract from the scale and detail of the art, I designed a very simple brand consisting of a classical architecture inspired type title. All labels and text were flat vinyl, contrasting with the dimensions of the framed photographs.
